Austin and his team did an excellent job upgrading our electrical panel and bringing our 1978 home fully up to code. They installed outdoor lighting, repaired our ceiling fans, and cleaned up and replaced several light switches and outlets throughout the house.
They were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from start to finish. Communication was clear, the work was done safely and thoroughly, and everything was left clean when they finished. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality electrical work, I highly recommend Austin and his crew.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Called to get a quote to run a new meter line for a shop. They showed up, listened to what I wanted, discussed options and sent a quote. Day of service, came out, professionally installed everything and stayed on budget. When my generator comes due for service, I'll be calling him to schedule that as well! Great communication and customer service!
Look for Feedback About Electrical Problem-Solving
Repair work is a good test of an electrician’s diagnostic approach because the cause is not always obvious. Useful customer feedback often explains whether the contractor identified the problem, communicated the solution clearly, and corrected the issue without unnecessary work.
Our Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair page explains how diagnosis fits into repair service.
Lighting and Upgrade Projects Show Attention to Detail
Installation work gives customers a chance to judge both function and finish. Lighting should operate as intended and look appropriate in the space, while panel and service work should be organized around safe electrical distribution and the needs of the property.
Visit our Lighting Installation or Electrical Service Upgrades page to compare those project types.
Generator Service Is About Readiness
A standby generator may not be called on for months, but it has to work when utility power fails. When evaluating generator-service feedback, look for comments about installation planning, maintenance, responsiveness, and whether the contractor explained how the backup system works.
Our Home Generators page covers installation, repair, and maintenance.
